Shift Cltr is a two-year art and action research project exploring the lives and experiences of Clonmel’s shift workers. Led by artist Philip Ryan of Nocht Studio, this community-focused initiative investigates how shift work impacts community life, culture, and social connection.

Listen to the recording of the Shift Cltr public online roundtable, which took place on Friday, 17 April 2026. The conversation brings together invited contributors from economics, public health, psychology, history, social research and business to explore shift work, time, health, community and culture. This roundtable recording features Dr. Ciarán Casey, Professor Clare Corish, Justin Kearns, Dr. Kevin O'Sullivan, Dr. Mícheál Ó Fathartaigh and Dr. Philip Tucker.
